Annual 6th Form Conference – St Albans Cathedral

Question Time, this free event gives students the opportunity to share in a
morning of debate in the Nave of the Cathedral.
This year the guest panellists will consist of Gerald Corbett (Chair of
Betfair plc), Oliver Heald (Conservative MP for NE Hertfordshire), Huda Jawad
(Activist and Writer), Peter Lilley (Conservative MP for Hitchin &
Harpenden), Lord McNally (former leader of the Liberal Democrats in the House
of Lords) and Richard Osman (TV presenter).
This is an invaluable chance for
the students to observe a format debate on a current issue and put their own
questions to the panellists should they choose to participate.
We will leave school by coach at
approximately 9.15am and will return by 1300pm.
Reply slips need to be
returned to the Sixth Form Office by Friday 6th November.
